Våren har anlänt på riktigt nu i Påskhelgen
där jag bor ...
The spring has arrived to my parts of the wood
this Easter weekend ...
Myrorna har varit väldigt upptagna ...
The ants have been very busy ...
och Humlorna har surrat runt bland Scillorna
and the bumblebee´s have been buzzing around
amongst the Scilla´s
Vitsipporna har börjat blomma
The wood anemones have started to bloom
liksom violerna
and so has the violets
och jag har kunnat börja med min utomhus gympa :)
and I have been able to start my outdoor fitness class :)
Har ju alldeles glömt bort att berätta att jag varit med
i Hallands Posten :)
Matte skickade in den här bilden till tävlingen "Vårtecken"
där man kunde vinna en middag för två.
Nope vi vann ingen middag :(
Men jag var ju med i tidningen i alla fall :)
Have totally forgot to tell you that I have been in our local paper Hallands Posten :)

Nope we didn´t won no dinner :(
But I was featured in the magazine anyway :)

We do the exact same kind of fitness training on the other side of the world....
